I added a tag cloud to the sidebar. What’s with all the “miscellaneous” posts? How dull! I should go back in time and write new and more entertaining tags, don’t you think?

I’ve been doing stuff with string for quite some time, and describing it to others online since 1996 or so at Phiala’s String Page.
I also do some science and write some fiction.

As to “miscellaneous”–well, it’s a convenient category (or inconvenient, as when one attempts to file papers) and after all, you have other ones like “logophilia.”
