This is the first non-rainy day in what seems like weeks. I know two weeks ago we had several sunny days in a row, but I was in the office the whole time (like most of today, I’m afraid). Weekends: rainy. Evenings: rainy. I’m surprised my house isn’t engulfed in moss by now.
I took advantage of the lack of precipitation to snap a few pictures on the way to work this morning. (All with the cheap point-and-shoot, an HP CB350 I’m progressively unhappier with.)
Look: rain makes flowers!
I’m sure you can tell it rained overnight, but we’ve now had hours of sunlight. I’d be gardening if I weren’t still at work setting up a big project. Even without the ability to play outside (and it’s supposed to rain all weekend again), the sunlight is still much appreciated.
