York resources

I’m trying to knock off some of the easy things on my task list (procrastinating the big things by doing the little things: at least something gets done). One such small task is letting you know that the York Archaeological Trust is continuing to put out-of-print books online.

The latest one: The Archaeology of York 17/11: Textile Production at 16-22 Coppergate by Penelope Walton Rogers.

You want this one.

Wow! What an amazing publication. Thanks for the link.

I have also been enjoying yourm photos. I hope your garden blooms well and gives you lots more opportunities this summer.

Welcome!

I’ve been doing stuff with string for quite some time, and describing it to others online since 1996 or so at Phiala’s String Page.

I also do some science and write some fiction.

I’m Phiala most places on the internet.
