Happy Independence Day for those of you who are in the US. And for the rest of you, at least it’s Saturday, right?
I had Friday off, and have been trying to catch up on the many things that were neglected while I was out of town: lawn, work, things with deadlines, things past their deadlines. You know, the usual. I’ve spent quite a bit of time on a sprang project, and on organizing things on the still-new Mac. What a mess!
It is most definitely summer here. Not so much that it’s hot and muggy – the weather has been excellent.
But I can tell.

Blackberries are the best. In Oregon, I am continually amused that blackberries are an invasive pest whose fruit sells for $4 a container.
