They all came from work, taken in between interminable and frustrating sessions of banging my head on the keyboard. Resolved now, I think, but several days of agony were involved.<\/p>\n

Bug: Tamie’s screenbug, possibly the best thing I’ve gotten her for cat-sitting. Except for the hand-knit socks, of course.<\/p>\n

Feet: do poppets have them? I don’t know; do you?<\/p>\n

Multicolored: I seem to be killing off my office plants, but Tamie’s African violets are ridiculously happy.<\/p>\n

Time: In late summer and early fall, I get stripes slowly moving across my wall. Some year perhaps I’ll trace the partial analemma, but even without that degree of organization they are a visible reminder of my place in the year and in the day.<\/p>\n

Seasonal chore: I have six weeks to finish everything that needs to be done by the end of the year (September 30 in my world). That’s only two-and-a-half things, but they’re large. Eep.<\/p>\n
