What little I saw of the outside world was lovely.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stringpage.com\/blog\/photos2010\/ga20100411.JPG\" alt=\"Georgia Botanical Garden\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But when I left Pennsylvania, it was warm but things were just starting to come up. I returned to this:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stringpage.com\/blog\/photos2010\/flowers20100411.jpg\" alt=\"flowers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It snowed Friday evening, but except for that minor flaw it is truly and firmly spring here, and in less than a week.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stringpage.com\/blog\/photos2010\/daffs20100411.jpg\" alt=\"daffodils\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Even the new tulips are blooming!! <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stringpage.com\/blog\/photos2010\/tulips20100411.jpg\" alt=\"Dutch tulips\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I bought the bulbs from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brecks.com\">Breck&#8217;s<\/a>, and am very pleased with the quality.<\/p>\n<p>On the downside, I had to mow the grass today.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m out of town for most of this week too, leaving the boys to fend for themselves. After that I&#8217;ll be home for a while, and should be back to blogging regularly. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Which appears to be what I did, more or less.
