First, the obligatory Pennsic shots&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stringpage.com\/blog\/photos2\/pennsic1-20090814.jpg\" alt=\"Pennsic war\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stringpage.com\/blog\/photos2\/pennsic2-20090814.jpg\" alt=\"Pennsic war\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8230; followed by the post-Pennsic cleanup, or obstruction thereof. (Yes, that&#8217;s the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stringpage.com\/blog\/?p=101\">ferocious monster<\/a> himself, still at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=ferocious+monster\">number one<\/a>!)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stringpage.com\/blog\/photos2\/pennsic3-20090814.jpg\" alt=\"Morgan helping\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Far from having time to recover and unpack, I dove right back into work, teaching a plant identification class at a lovely farm day in Lancaster County.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stringpage.com\/blog\/photos2\/cows-20090814.jpg\" alt=\"Dairy cows\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Not much beats a day spent teaching something I enjoy and am good at to a bunch of interested people, followed by dinner of fresh, local food, and topped off by gelato made from the milk of those very cows. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the spirit of the Friday photo post, here are a few images from the past week or so.
