Now they&#8217;re large and gorgeous.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cawti is a happy photo model. Such an amiable cat: take her picture, snuggle her upside-down, rub her tummy, it&#8217;s all good. She&#8217;s curled up against my ankles as I write this, having finally been persuaded that cuddling her like a baby is not conducive to working on the laptop. She&#8217;s still the boldest, and has been from the minute she emerged first from the cat carrier. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/9196704@N07\/17046020721\" title=\"nora2 by Sarah Goslee, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm9.staticflickr.com\/8734\/17046020721_cb343834c0_n.jpg\" width=\"249\" height=\"320\" alt=\"nora2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I had a hard time getting a good photo of her, because she was much more interested in checking out the noise-making camera than sitting still and being photographed. If my lens focused at two inches I&#8217;d have some lovely pictures of cat eye and paw.<\/p>\n<p>It is not Trygvi&#8217;s birthday (though for all I know it <em>is<\/em>, but we celebrate Boxer Acquisition Day in September instead), but he hates being photographed. Nearly all my pictures of him were taken with the iPad because it&#8217;s stealthy and quiet, and even then if he thinks I might be taking pictures he scampers. I did some spring cleaning and organization, but also took time this afternoon to go outside. I cleaned up the garden beds and planted peas and spinach.
